To this end, we are pressing ahead systematically with the reorganization of Telekom as One Company. The object is to strengthen the global competitiveness of our com- pany, its customer focus and its elasticity in our markets over the long term. This will enable us to create and protect jobs with a long- term perspective. The basis for this is high personnel efficiency and effectiveness, which we will control to a greater extent in future through the Group’s Total Workforce Management system.
