Thereof, € 14.8 billion were spent on wages and salaries. In addition, we contributed € 3.3 billion to social securi- ty contributions and company pension schemes. The company pension scheme enables our employees to supplement their statutory pensions. Personnel costs accounted for 25.9 percent of Deutsche Telekom‘s adjusted operating costs of € 69.9 billion.
